We have put together a day of exquisite silence to bring you into crystal clear focus on who you truly are by going inward and anchoring yourself in the present NOW moment.
We will immerse ourselves in mindfulness through silent and guided meditations of sitting, walking (lyabrinth or free exploration), Yiquan Qi Gong movement, breath work, sacred bowls to clear stress, relax the body, mind and central nervous system; all aimed at restoring, revitalizing the mind, body, and spirit as a synchronized whole.
A delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions please bring your own.
Bring your own cushions if you prefer floor sitting other wise chairs are available. No books, journals, technical apparatus, etc Please. Our focus is on Inner Knowing. Thank you.
